You will receive an SMS or app notification when a new trip is assigned.

Open the UDrivo Driver App to view the new trip pop-up on the Home screen or in the New Rides section.

Review the trip details and Accept or Decline the request.

Once accepted, you can call the customer using the in-app call option.
Starting the Trip

After reaching the customer’s pickup location, tap Arrived Location in the app.

Enter the Start OTP shared by the customer to begin the trip.
Ending or Cancelling the Trip

To cancel or end the trip, tap End Ride in your app.

Enter the End OTP shared by the customer to complete the trip.
After the trip ends, the final fare will be calculated and displayed based on the time duration between the Start OTP and End OTP.
Payment & Platform Fee

Collect the total trip amount from the customer after the trip ends.

The total includes UDrivo’s platform fee:

10% commission
-
18% GST on the 10% commission

After collecting the payment, you must clear the Tax & Fee in the UDrivo Driver App using the online payment option (PhonePe payment gateway) to become eligible for the next trip.

Please behave politely and professionally with customers at all times.

Drivers receiving repeated negative feedback may be temporarily or permanently blocked from the platform.
- If you cancel 3 trips in a single day, your account will be temporarily blocked for 3 days.
