UDrivo – Car Driver Account Deletion Request

If you’re a registered driver on the UDrivo app, you can delete your account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account (From the App)

Open the UDrivo Driver App
-
Go to Menu → Account
-
Tap Delete Account
-
Confirm to permanently remove your account
Your account and data will be deleted within 7 working days.
If You Can’t Access the App
Request deletion via email:
Email: contact@udrivo.in
Subject: “Delete My UDrivo Driver Account”
Include your registered mobile number for verification.
What Data Will Be Deleted
✅ Driver profile (name, phone, address)
✅ Uploaded documents (license, ID proof)
✅ Ride history and earnings data
Retention period: Some financial records (like payouts or transactions) may be retained for 90 days to meet legal obligations.
