Fare Breakdown

| Base Fare | Calculated based on the total time between Start OTP and End OTP, including breaks. |
| One-Way Return Fee | Travel charges for the distance from the drop-off location to the pickup location, plus 50% of the base fare for the duration between the drop-off and pickup locations if the duration exceeds 1 hour. Note: Not applicable for round trips. |
| Night Charge | Applies if the driver operates between 9:30 PM and 6:30 AM. |
| Fee | A 10% platform fee is applied on (Base Fare + One-Way Return Fee + Night Charge). |
| Tax | 18% GST is applied on the platform fee. |
| Total Fare | Base Fare + One-Way Return Fee + Night Charge + Fee + Tax. |
Notes for Car Owners:
- A minimum base fare of ₹181.12 applies if the trip duration is between 0 to 60 minutes.
- A minimum travelling charge of ₹12 per km applies if the one-way trip distance is 1 km or more.
- Travelling charges are ₹12 per km for the first 100 km and ₹2 per km for distances beyond 100 km.
- Please provide food and accommodation to the driver if the trip exceeds 16 hours.
- Please pay the trip amount to driver.
Notes for Car Drivers:
- Drivers must take a mandatory 8-hour sleep break after every 16 hours of driving.
- If a driver continues driving beyond 16 hours without a break, the fare will be calculated for a maximum of 16 hours only.
- Collect the total fare from the customer (car owner) after the trip is completed.
- Pay the applicable fee and tax from the collected fare to UDrivo to receive the next trip.
