UDrivo – Car Owner Account Deletion Request

If you’ve created a Car Owner account in the UDrivo app to book temporary car drivers, you can delete your account and personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account (From the App)

Open the UDrivo Customer App

Tap the Menu → Account option

Select Delete Account
-
Confirm the deletion
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 working days.
If You Can’t Access the App
You can also send a deletion request manually.
Email: contact@udrivo.in
Subject: “Delete My UDrivo Car Owner Account”
Include your registered mobile number or email ID in the message.
What Data Will Be Deleted
✅ Profile details (name, phone, email)
✅ Ride history
✅ Payment and booking data
Data retention: Some data (such as payment records required for accounting or legal purposes) may be kept for up to 90 days before complete removal.
