How UDrivo App Works?

  1. Select the trip type (One Way or Round Trip).

  2. Choose the pickup date and time (optional).

  3. Enter the pickup and drop locations.

  4. Select the drop-off date and time (optional).

  5. Click Continue, enter your car details, and view the estimated trip duration, distance, and fare.

  6. Click Continue, review the details carefully, and tap Request Driver.

Your booking will be confirmed, and UDrivo will search for an available driver.

During the Trip

  • Once a driver is assigned, the Start OTP will be displayed on your screen.

  • You can call the driver directly using the call button.

  • Share the Start OTP with the driver to begin the trip.

Ending or Cancelling the Trip

  • To cancel or end the trip, request the driver to end the trip from their app.

  • When the driver taps End Trip, an End OTP will appear on your screen.

  • Share the End OTP with the driver to complete the trip.

After the trip ends, the final fare will be calculated and displayed based on the time duration between the Start OTP and End OTP.

Important Note

If you cancel 3 trips in a single day, your account will be temporarily blocked for 3 days.

Please do not use the driver for more than 16 hours in a single day (including breaks).
If the usage exceeds this limit, the fare will be calculated for a full 16 hours in a day.
