You may browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any products or services outside India, and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting or using our Platform, providing your information, or availing any service offered by us, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable service terms, and agree to be governed by the laws of India. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

Driver Information
To onboard drivers and verify identity, we collect:

Location Access
Customers
We collect foreground location access (precise or approximate) only when the app is open. This is used to automatically detect your pickup location and improve booking accuracy.
Drivers
We collect foreground location access (precise or approximate) only when the app is open. This helps us assign nearby ride requests to drivers.
We do not collect location data in the background when the app is closed.
Camera & Gallery Access
UDrivo requires access to the device camera and gallery/media storage to allow drivers to securely capture or upload documents during onboarding and verification. This includes:

PAN Card
Camera access is used only when the driver chooses to capture images, and gallery access is used only when the driver selects existing images for upload. UDrivo does not access photos or media without explicit user action.
All uploaded images are used strictly for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and safety purposes. The data is securely stored and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. UDrivo does not record video, access media in the background, or collect unrelated personal content.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Enable login and account access
- Provide booking and driver assignment services
